VirtuaVerse

I was on the fence about VirtuaVerse. On the one hand I like collecting physical PS4 games if they fall inside the categories of games I like to play, namely RPGs, old school racing games, retro remakes of games I played back in my teens, and point-and-click adventure games. There are soo few physical pnc adventure games releases nowadays that whenever one is released I have to pick them up.

As usual with Limited Run games, the release itself is disappointing. There is a “look at manual” included that only shows the controls. Nothing more. That they included this is insulting. It would have been better if they had omitted it entirely. It’s such a missed opportunity, because it could have contained a little back story or a note from the developer.

I understand all the criticism on LRG. They should offer more. Even with their regular releases. A little manual is the least they should do. It reminds me why I like collecting for Evercade. And those are a lot cheaper too.
