Time for a quick A Pig Quest update: Last time Frank finished level 2 and got stuck in level 3. On his next attempt, he figured out how to enter the abbey. Just like the manual says, it helps if you pay attention to the scroll text underneath the game’s interface. The first attempt inside the next part was difficult at the beginning, but got easier once Frank figured out what he was supposed to do and what the enemy patterns were.

Frank killed the end boss on his second confrontation (that meant multiple tries to get that far), only to find out that he hadn’t picked up all the Statue pieces. Argh! On his third attempt at the boss, he was an unarmoured piggy and he was quickly defeated. So he made sure he was properly protected the next time and proved victorious!

He sure hopes that the fourth level will go smoother in his next attempts, because the first times he tried it, he got totally murdered over and over again by small annoying insects and poisonous amphibians. He doesn’t see yet how that will get any easier though.
