Finished Life On Mars today. I don’t play medroidvanias much, because I usually get lost or find the boss fights too difficult, but Life On Mars is not so difficult and relatively small in scope. I had to grind a little bit and use savestates, but that didn’t hinder my enjoyment of the game. The last part suffered from a lot of slow down on the Evercade and the ending was a bit of a letdown. This was another prime example of the perfect Evercade game for me. Evercade keeps me a bit out of my confort zone and that is a good thing.
