Pirates Ahoy! The Mysteries of Monkey Island book has arrived. It’s looks gorgeous and it’s the collector’s edition which means that it comes with a reversible dust jacket, two lithographs and a Monkey Island bookmark. This is going to be a fun read! I’m curious to see what new cool things I’m going to learn about Guybrush Threepwood!

I noticed that for a book about games that are famous for their graphics, there are no pictures inside. There are probably more pictures in the other book I’m currently reading, namely 50 Years of Text Games, which is a book about games without pictures! O well, for pictures, I can always resort to one of the greatest books about games: The Art of Point-and-Click Adventure Games book.
