Picked up another Infocom game for my collection: Infidel! It’s the folio release for the Commodore 64 and the second folio in my collection (Planetfall is other one). It comes with a “handwritten” letter in an envelope, a paper map, another letter, some sort of see-through paper, a reference card and of course the disk. Also included is the True Tales of Adventure magazine from July 1983. All very nice!
Now where to put it? It’s too big to fit on the shelf with the regular grey box Infocom games. But I recently put up more shelves (there’s really no more space now. All the walls are covered.) On these shelves I can put up some games and books facing forward. That’s ideal for these thin games. That’s where this will sit for the moment, next to The Bard’s Tale games.
I’ve updatet my Infocom wish list. Only 8 more remain:
- Deadline
- The Witness
- Moonmist
- The Lurking Horror
- Nord and Bert
- Sherlock
- Zork Zero
- Arthur
